Chris brings more than 30 years' experience across Defence, secure communications, cyber and space. A former British Army Lieutenant Colonel, he has subsequently held senior leadership positions in technology businesses including Stonewood Group, ViaSat UK and Methera Global Communications.
​
His experience spans military and government customers, emerging technologies, international markets and the development and growth of businesses operating in complex Defence and security environments. He combines an understanding of customer requirements with the commercial and operational experience needed to turn innovative technologies into viable business opportunities.

Having worked across both established organisations and emerging technology companies, Chris understands the challenges of entering new markets, building relationships and developing sustainable business.
Through TC-12, he brings that experience to organisations seeking to establish or expand their presence in the Defence sector.

Anthony brings over 30 years of military and commercial leadership experience across the defence, automotive and industrial sectors, working extensively throughout the UK, Europe and international markets.

A former Army Officer and senior industry executive, Anthony combines strategic insight with practical experience in business development, operational improvement and delivering complex projects. His extensive network across government, defence and industry enables him to identify opportunities, establish partnerships and support organisations entering new markets.

Anthony has particular expertise in specialist vehicles, including defence, government, humanitarian and emergency services applications. His experience spans bespoke vehicle solutions, international contracting and bringing together the technical and commercial capabilities needed to deliver successful outcomes.
